Guidelines for use of Club Hall by Membership

All Club Event:

  • Responsible member must fill out and sign required paperwork.
  • Invitations to all club members either by mail or email.
  • ALL RSVP goes through Lillian
  • No charge.
  • Coordinate with Social Chair

Section Event

  • Responsible member must fill out and sign required paperwork.
  • Invitations to all section members either by mail or email.
  • ALL RSVP goes through Lillian.
  • Section charged membership rate.

Member use for Private Event:

  • Responsible member must fill out and sign required paperwork.
  • Member will be charged at membership rate.
  • Member MUST attend event.

Non Profit use of Club Hall:

  • Responsible party must fill out and sign required paperwork.
  • Responsible party will be charged non profit rate.

For All use of Club Hall:

  • “Rentals are from 8:00am on the day of the rental until 11:00 am on the following day”
  • Responsible Party is responsible.
  • Anything brought in for the event will leave with the event. (We do not want any decorations)
  • Leave the Club Hall in the condition you found it.
  • Contact Ginni Crawford for use of Club Hall.
  • Keys will be collected from the office during business hours with a $25 deposit.
  • Temperature – heat and air conditioning will be arranged with Ginni.
